DJ Benni Moon (Glamour Studios)
Benni G. better known as DJ Benni Moon was born in Bavaria/Germany in 1979. He made his first attempts with drums, guitars and other “noise inducing machines” at the age of 14. His introduction and interest for electronic music started at the VooV Experience in 1996. Three years later in the early 1999’s he began to play as a DJ and to organize own events.
He formed the Somnambul event in the late 1999’s which developed to one of the biggest indoor events in Hamburg. From 2001 to 2006 Benni was working as an A&R for the label OV-Silence Records and took care of the promotion as well as collecting sound. But since 2007 he’s spinning music for the Hamburg based label Glamour Studios. Besides Benni also belongs to the founders of the Label Glamour Studios.
Benni started to produce music through Henrik from Neelix. He joined the Neelix project and made his first experiences in live performing. But after a while they split up and now he’s making music on his own under the name “no concept”.
His dj-style can be described as pumping progressive trance with a delic touch.
He has already played at numerous big open-air and indoor events in Germany and in countries like Greece, UK, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark to mention only some of them.
In 2000 Benni also created a DJ-project with Marco Moon.
Together with Henrik from Neelix he was producing music but now Benni is going his own way. In 2006 he founded his very own live project called “Benicio Del Mundo”.
